Refund Policy

30-Day and 90-Day Return Policy

We offer different return policies for our products to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • For IPL Device: You have a 90-day return policy, giving you 90 days after receiving your IPL device to request a return.
  • For Everything Else: You have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your trimmer to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at CS@vavame.com. Please note that you have to pay for the shipping fee of the return. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will be applied if you have opened the box, used the product, or unpacked the accessories.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Products and Warranty Policy

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at CS@vavame.com. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly, which may include offering you a replacement or refund at no additional cost, in accordance with our policies.

Our warranty policy varies by product:

  • For IPL Device: Enjoy a 1-year warranty. If your IPL device becomes damaged within the warranty period, we will replace it with a new one for free as soon as we receive the returned damaged item. The returning shipping fee is on us.
  • For Everything Else: Enjoy a 6-month warranty. If your trimmer becomes damaged within this warranty period, we will replace it with a new one for free as soon as we receive the returned damaged item. The returning shipping fee is on us.

For both products, any returns without prior notification will not be accepted. Please contact us first to ensure smooth processing.

If your product becomes damaged after the warranty period, you will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the product has been damaged or broken by you on purpose.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, but you still haven't receive your refund, please contact us immediately.
