You guys at customer support are just as great. I bought the product on discount and the delivery address is in South Africa. You took care of the customs clearance, which I know is usually a big pain. The package also got lost at some point, but you guys managed to find it and get the delivery going soon after.

I didn't notice their announcement that they don't have an Amazon store, so I bought a product labeled as 'Vavame' on Amazon. That one scratched my skin. It wasn't until I bought the genuine Vavame product here that I realized how amazing the authentic Vavame lady shaver is. It truly doesn't hurt the skin and removes hair thoroughly. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. Just a heads-up: don't get fooled by fake products on Amazon.
